From a very young age I have been aware of spirit.   Over the years this connection has grown and while I tried to put it aside when I was younger I always knew that this was the pathway I am meant to follow.  So once my children were a little older I went to my first development circle and it felt like home, and the place where I was meant to be.  I was incredibily lucky to have a circle leader who allowed  me and my spirit team to work in the way that we wanted to, not how everyone else wanted us to.  My work with spirit is incredibly important to me, bringing a joy which simply cannot be described in words.  I connect with spirit in many ways, whether that be my guides, family, your loved ones, through nature, art or drumming.
